The wooden parts of the kitchen have been crafted from reclaimed antique wood, here ancient elm, with a natural silky finish that gives an appearance of unvarnished wood.
The peninsula, on the other hand, is constructed with a brushed glossy lacquer finish, and the countertops are made of solid surface material welded on-site with a hygienic joint between the countertop and the upstand.
The living room furniture has been covered with metal (iron) sheets using a special manual burnishing technique where the craftsman creates a cloudy effect according to the mood of the day. This imparts a natural appearance rather than a “plastic” one.
